Luke Connor brings 8 years’ experience in the resource sector. He has extensive experience and significant expertise in the evaluation and acquisition of businesses requiring development capital, initial public offerings, rights issues and placements, together with ongoing funding, corporate governance and compliance issues of listed public companies.
Luke has been involved with several Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Reverse Take Over (RTO) and ASX re-compliance for suspended listed companies. Luke has been an integral cog in offshore projects providing security consultation for logistic, transportation and exportation of precious metals.
Luke has consulted various public and private companies including Dourado Resources Ltd, Eclipse Metals Ltd, Klondyke Gold Ltd and Walla Mines Ltd.
